You are able to make amendments to a booking up to 72 hours before you check in date (Terms & Conditions apply). If you need to amend or cancel a booking, please call 888-808-0988 and speak to a client services representative who will be happy to inform you of the status of your booking.

Client will be emailed confirmation of your reservation (via an invoice and itinerary) within 72 hours of signing this Contract.

Client are responsible for checking the accuracy of these documents, and for reporting any errors, limited to errors made by CHECK IN NOW INC. in transcribing information provided by you in the contract or in the Hotel Reservation Guest Name List, to CHECK IN NOW INC. within 24 hours of receipt. If no such errors are reported, the information is deemed complete and accurate. Modifications or partial cancellations can be requested after the 24-hour period, and CHECK IN NOW INC. will use its best efforts to accomplish those requests, but CHECK IN NOW INC. does not guarantee that such modifications or partial cancellations can be made, or that they can be made at the original contract rate. If any reservation is modified or partially cancelled prior to 30 days before the check-in date, no fee will be assessed therefor, but each modification or partial cancellation made 30 days or closer to check in will incur a charge equal to your Contract price of one night’s accommodation, plus any additional taxes, fees and/or costs incurred by CHECK IN NOW INC. as a result of the modification If the entire reservation is cancelled, you will be charged a cancellation fee with a minimum of 15 % up to 30 % of your total Contract price. This fee is not a penalty, but is a liquidated damage to compensate CHECK IN NOW INC. for services performed on your behalf and agree would be difficult to CHECK IN NOW INC. reserves the right to waive this cancellation fee at any time, at its sole discretion on a case by case basis. All changes and cancellation requests must be sent in writing Via E Mail: Support@checkinow.com , No cancellations whatsoever will be accepted after seven calendar days prior to the check-in date and CHECK IN NOW INC. provides no credit or refund for no-shows or early check-outs.

By signing the contract, client acknowledge and verify that client have read this entire Contract for Hotel Reservation Services, cleint authorized to agree to the provisions of the contract, client authorized to sign for the referenced credit card, and client do agree to and accept all provisions of the Contract. Client hereby confirm that all information client have provided about the Contract is true, correct and CHECK IN NOW INC. is a privately-owned company, not affiliated with any event or other organization, will be providing you and/or your business with hotel accommodation reservation and booking services. CHECK IN NOW INC. commences work on your behalf immediately upon signing this contract, by negotiating, arranging, and confirming your reservations, and thus your credit card will be charged 30 % deposit of the Contract amount upon signing of the Contract via payment through the credit card you provided. Any balance, including new amounts due resulting from your changes to your reservation will be charged 30 days prior to check in date, or upon a separate written agreement signed by CHECK IN NOW INC. whichever occurs first. Failure collection of the balance after payment deadline date may result of reservations cancellations and losing the paid deposit CHECK IN NOW INC. will spend its best efforts to contact the client prior to payment deadline date to ensure securing the reservations You hereby authorize CHECK IN NOW INC. to charge the listed credit card as many times as needed to satisfy any balance due. *Excluding taxes and fees, which are payable in addition
